During the Chakra Cleansing and Balancing session, I will begin with what I describe as a Chakra Diagnostic Test. I scan your energy field and check for stuck, stagnant or blocked energy. This could be from past traumas, or severe grief and/or negative repeating life patterns. During this process, information will come up psychicly. At the end, following the "diagnostic testing", I will clear and bring in healing that will leave you feeling lighter, freer and happier. Drink plenty of filtered water, eat light and healthy food, your body will be releasing.
